Wyoming Premier Rental LLC operates the ReliefCall website at reliefcall.com. This page describes what this marketing site collects, and, at a high level, what the ReliefCall product is built not to store.
This website
If you use the walkthrough form, we collect your name, hospital, role, email, phone number if you provide one, and your message. We email that information to jeff@reliefcall.com so we can reply. Do not include patient names or other patient information.
We use the form only to respond about a walkthrough or a related question. We do not sell that information.
The product
ReliefCall is a scheduling app for anesthesia departments. The connection to the hospital is a read-only, one-way HL7 feed of the OR schedule only. Patient identifiers are stripped before anything is stored. No patient data is kept in the app. The app is login-protected, and hospital IT stays in control of the feed.
A full policy for the product, including retention and access, will be agreed with each hospital before a feed is turned on. This placeholder does not replace that agreement.
